  1. Requirements & Feasibility

    We clarify function, environment, standards and cost target before the first circuit is drawn.

  2. Circuit & Layout

    Schematic, component selection with availability in mind and a layout designed for manufacturing.

  3. Samples & First Article

    We assemble the first boards ourselves. Firmware and hardware mature together.

  4. Verification, EMC & Qualification

    Test bench, EMC pre-compliance and qualification through to release.

  5. Series Ramp-up

    Test equipment, work instructions and traceability are in place before volumes rise.

  6. Series Production

    In-house or at audited partners, depending on volume and cost target.

  7. Series Support & Lifecycle

    We handle changes, discontinuations and redesigns over the entire product life.

Then qualified partners in Germany and Asia take over production. We audit and manage them, and your contact stays in Balingen.
